I have 1 spacious fully furnished double bedroom close to Welling station for rent. The room is recently furbished with new flooring, bed, wardrobe and curtains.
The bedroom is on first floor. The property has shower room in first floor. Ground floor has wonderful kitchen and 25ft long lounge. There is another bath room in second floor which is used by only me. Kitchen and first floor bathroom (but usually no one uses it) is shared.
Rent includes all bills.
Tesco, Morrison are 5 mins walk and Lidl is just 2-3 mins walk from the house. The Big shopping mall “Bluewater” is 20 mins drive and by bus Num 96 its 35-40 mins. The room is furnished with newly fitted huge bed (storage under the bed) and wardrobe with plenty storage.

Bedroom 1: 13'6" x 11'2" (4. 11m x 3. 4m). Double glazed window to the front, with new curtains, newly fitted laminated floor, spot lighting.

House is just 7-8 mins walk from Welling over ground station. Trains are very frequent to London Bridge (21 Mins), Waterloo (26 mins), London Charing Cross (32 mins), London Cannon Street (26 Mins), London Victoria (35 Mins). Also trains to Dartford, Gravesend, Strood.

Canary wharf is just 30 mins. Train to Lewisham every 4-5 min from there DLR to Canary wharf, BANK (every 2 mins).
