There is the garden and also a free parking space for the car.
There are excellent transport links: frequent trains to Central London (London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross and Victoria; busses (including night busses to Central London)to North Greenwich and Lewisham.
Ideally this room is suitable for a couple (£160 per week). Also I could except 1 person (£120 per week).
