I am looking for a reliable and easy-going professional to rent a room in our 5 bedroom family house in Kings Hill, near West Malling. The ideal applicant would be someone from out of the area working Monday to Friday and would only require accommodation through the week. The bedroom overlooks the garden and is quiet. It has a double bed and wardrobe and linen can be provided. You will have exclusive use of bathroom next door with bath, separate shower and plenty of storage. In addition you have sole use of a comfortably furnished living room with freeview 42" tv and dvd. Bus stops across the road to West Malling and the station, Maidstone and Tonbridge. Really great location. Very comfortable house with all mod cons. You are welcome to use kitchen, washing machine, dryer and the garden.

We are friendly and easy going as are our cat and miniature schnauzer dog. Ideally looking for female, but would consider male.
