Spacious, quiet, ensuite double room with a view

I'm looking for a female tenant to join myself and one other female. I have a large detached house about 1 mile from West Mailing, with ample off-street parking (driveway) and a large enclosed garden to the rear. There are excellent links to M20 and M25/26, and railway links to London from West Malling and other nearby stations. West Malling is a delightful small town with all usual amenities, plus several restaurants and bars, and is served by bus routes.

I am offering a large, spacious, bright and quiet double bedroom at the rear of the house, with views over the garden and surrounding countryside. All bills included.. The room has lots of built-in storage and its own private bath/shower room. Broadband and a television point are available in the room. There is a large kitchen with laundry facilities, your own storage and spacious dining area. The house is surrounded by farmland and woodland, and there are lovely walks in the local vicinity.

I am a live in landlord and I work from home. There is one other professional tenant and we are a quiet but friendly, non-smoking household. I’m looking for someone similar who would prefer a quiet place to call home.

Please note I sometimes board dogs for an agency so tenants need to be happy with that. Shift workers with very early or late hours don’t suit this setup as the dogs aren’t here long enough to get used to it. They tend to bark and that disturbs everyone. I’ve been renting rooms for 8+ years and I know what scenarios work best here, so please understand that my setup won’t work for everyone.
