The room is an extra large double with IKEA furniture including a triple wardrobe, chest of draws, double bed and a desk with additional space to spare. The room is situated at the back of the house overlooking the large garden and woodland.

The house consists of two bathrooms which are shared. The upstairs is modern and bright with the luxury of a second bathroom downstairs. There are three living rooms with a large modern kitchen, and a separate laundry room. In the large garden we have a wonderful summerhouse with a bar and an outside gym area. This rental is perfect for someone looking for a social house but also offering peace and quiet. This room offers the ability to work from home due to the extra spacious bedroom and desk area.

The house has excellent transport links including a bus stop immediately outside the house. This will take you to Hayes Station within a 5 minute bus journey and Bromley Station within 10 minutes. Hayes Station takes you direct to London Bridge and Charing Cross within 30 minutes. Bromley train station takes you to Victoria Station within 15 minutes. South Croydon Station will take you anywhere in London within 20 minutes.

The local facilities are exceptional providing local high street shopping, fantastic restaurants and country pubs within a 10 minute walk.
