The single professional person will have their own private door access, off road parking behind electric gates with CCTV for 1 car (sorry no vans) and use of a courtyard patio garden with outdoor table and chairs included (smoking there is permitted).
The studio is less than 2 minutes drive to Westerham, less than 5 minutes drive to Oxted (with trains to London) and approximately 5 miles to Sevenoaks train station. Easy access to M25 junctions 5 and 6 and half hour drive or so to Gatwick. Lots of local countryside walks.
As this is a separate building, the lodger pays for use of own gas. All other bills are included such as electricity, water, internet and council tax.
Available for minimum 6 months, longer term preferred. References required. Cleanliness important.
