Large double room available to rent in an Edwardian House near the beach. The house is close to Whitstable town centre, and it has a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also a small wash room and WC on the ground floor. The ideal candidate is a non-smoker who doesn’t have pets and is comfortable with a relatively quiet environment. Parking is available, and the applicant should be at least 45 years old. The room will be available from early May, two references are required. One month’s rent and a one-month security deposit are payable in advance. The rent is £475 per month.

There is also a smaller bedroom available that could be used as an office or creative space for an additional rent.

Please note, the house owner follows a Buddhist lifestyle and practices meditation, so the room would ideally suit a quiet and considerate person.
