I have a large, ground floor, access to garden, lovely room to rent but on a lodging basis.
It's an all inc lodging, rent, rates, utilities, broad band, smart tv channels. It even has a home gym and office, usually available!
Its a mixes house, sharing with four others, kitchen, conservatory/lounge, garden and parking too.
The rent is, as said an all inc, and its aimed at a single person, tho a couple would do too (extra £25pw), due to room size and totally flexible on term. Happy to accommodate a pet too (add £10 pw). .
I also have another large room, thats sharing a luxury bathroom with one other, for slightly less rent per week.
