Hi, I'm James. I have recently purchased a new build property in Wouldham and have a spare room which I am looking to rent out.
The room has a day bed (single bed which pulls out into a double) with storage underneath and a double wardrobe in it. The bathroom will be all yours as I have an en suite in my bedroom. There is a large open plan kitchen/living area with views out onto the River Medway. There is broadband, Sky TV with Sky Sports and BT Sport in the living room.
The area is extremely peaceful and less than a 10min walk into Wouldham Village which consists of a small shop, 2 pubs and an Indian Restaurant. There is also a 24hr M&S petrol station 10mins walk away. Local train stations include Halling and Snodland which run into Strood and Rochester. Rochester, Strood and Maidstone are all 10min drives away
