My house share/room to let is based in Abronhill, Cumbernauld, . Has easy access to very frequent public transport links. The M80/M73/M74 is five minutes drive from the house. 20 minutes travel time to Grangemouth. The room to rent in my home is a double room, new double bed provided. The room has a 3 door large built in wardrobe which gives lots of storage space would be for the sole use of the occupant of the room. 2nd room is a larger double with double bed , double wardrobe, TV, The upstairs bathroom/washroom does not have a bath. It does have a good size walk in shower. There is a large new kitchen / dining area, with dishwasher and washing machine. A tumble clothes dryer is available. There is a downstairs toilet. Lounge with large TV. Small study room. extremely fast internet. I work full time. I like to socialise with family and friends so can be out two or more evenings in the week.
