Double room in House - Seconds from Train Station

We are letting out a spacious double room in our Edwardian home in the centre of Bishopbriggs. The room is furnished with a double bed, couch, small coffee table, large set of drawers, two beside tables with drawers, lamps, a full-length freestanding mirror and a bookshelf. Our house is well looked after with a modern bathroom and kitchen and we are happy to share communal spaces like the large living room, dining room and study. The house has double glazing and central heating and amenities include: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and broadband.
We have a driveway which fits our one car but there is space for another car across the driveway. There's also a back garden with decking and a small table and chairs. Our house is literally a sixty-second walk from Bishopbriggs train station - the next stop being Glasgow Queen Street station. The train only takes between six - eight minutes with no other stops and trains run around every half hour (once an hour on Sundays).
In Bishopbriggs itself, just around the corner from the house, is a bank, a post office, restaurants, bars, cafes, opticians, pharmacists, travel agents, a library, hairdressers, takeaways, and a supermarket.
We are animal-lovers and have four very friendly housecats so the room would not suit anyone with allergies!
We are looking for a quiet lodger who likes cats and can be responsible with them (i. e. not letting them escape!), is clean and tidy, and can keep the room and shared spaces in good order. We both work full time and leave the house fairly early in the mornings so would like things to be quiet at night. We also get on well with our neighbours so like to keep noise to a minimum for their sake too.
