Reasonably large size room with double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. The room is south facing so it gets the sun all day or at least when it is sunny in Glasgow and it also looks over the garden which is also south facing and a real sun-trap, again when it shines.....!, and park area to the rear of the house so it is very quiet and peaceful, especially since the road serving the house is not a through road so very little traffic. There is a shared living room/dining room with 46" TV, bathroom and kitchen and there is ample driveway and road parking as the property is in a cul-de-sac so no through traffic/quiet road and there is additional storage space in the garage and loft, if required. Existing occupants include myself Derek, my wife Olena from Ukraine and a current lodger Craig who is english. We are all professional people working normal working hours, albeit Olena does some shift work and I work long hours. The property is located five minutes walk from the local railway station and main bus routes in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow and it is one stop and five minutes journey from Glasgow Queen Street Station(only circa £15 for unlimited weekly train ticket).
