HOUSE SHARE> If you prefer a monthy rent then I can do £400 but prefer weekly £90. Just outside Glasgow city. The rooms is newly decorated with a single bed and is very clean and tidy, a Large Wardrobe and lots of drawers as required. This is a small room and more suited for a short stay.
You can call, text or e- mail me to view the room anytime. I do not mind you having friends round as long as it's not a mad loud bunch but laughing out loud is cool as is a few drinks LOL

Hall Linen cupboard and additional bath towels bed linen etc.(This will help keep your room spacious and tidy). Loft for anything you need to put away.

The house is a semi-detached 3 apartment house set in quiet residential location.

Shared Kitchen -(refurbishing at the moment)and new Bathroom + Shower communal living room with TV. check my walk through video.. I am doing the house up at the moment that is why I am renting rooms out to get funds to finish but will be letting rooms for next few years.

Any additional requests within reason will be considered. OH! and the guitar is only there to look at not play if you want to learn I can teach you when I have the time LOL

Within walking distance of local train station and bus stop to city center for traveling into Glasgow city center. Approx 20 minuets travel time. Motorway close by M8 and M74.

Chinese and Indian restaurants (Takeaway) and Sports and recreational facilities.

Broadband WiFi available.

I am a care and support worker for people with special needs and work with elderly people in care and nursing homes.
My working hours are various.

I am an easy going individual with a good sense of humor, non judgmental
and very outgoing and helpful.

My interests include; Salsa and Meringue dancing Bronze and silver and Guinness book of records 2002, live comedy at least once a month, hill walking, online poker, playing guitar, on line poker and more.

I expect lodgers to be independent, clean and tidy and respectful to other lodgers and any visitors I or anyone may have over.

Short term lets are okay if you are looking for somewhere closer to your required area.
