Flat mate needed :)

Living room, looks darker than it actually is :)

Hi, I'm Klaudia and I'm looking for a new flatmate.

Newly furnished flat, very bright and warm, you would have your own bathroom with a bathtub (no shower). Walking distance to Tesco express and bus stop-2 minutes/ train station (Newton-around 15 minute walk).

I work from home and use the living room for that, so the other person would have to either work away from home or get a desk for their room. For now the stay would be for around 6 months with possibility to extend, but that would have to be discussed.
I would like to keep the house fairly quiet and clean.. I wouldn't mind friends coming over but looking for someone reasonable and respectful :)

After work I like to go outside for walks/cycling/gym or just to hang out so would be nice if the other person would be up for that too

400 pounds for rent + bills and council tax (haven't quite figured out how much it is yet but we do have a pre-paid meter and I'm trying to change it to a normal one just now) and a tenner per person for wifi :)

I don't mind all sorts of non furry animals or little ones kept in a cage (I'm allergic so unless you have one of those bald cats or ones that don't cause allergies then that's totally fine: D)
