My house share/room to let is based in Abronhill, Cumbernauld, I work Monday to Friday 9 - 5.
Has easy access to very frequent public transport links.
The new upgraded M80/M73 is five minutes drive from the house. 5 minute drive to train station, 10 minute drive to train station both with mainlines to Edinburgh and Glasgow Central. Travel to Stirling takes about 15 - 20 minutes by car. Suitable for Extras required near Wardpark Studio. The room to rent in my home is a double room, new double bed provided. The room has a 3 door large built in wardrobe which gives lots of storage space would be for the sole use of the occupant of the room. A desk to give some office space can be provided, further set of drawers can be provided if further storage is required.
The upstairs bathroom/washroom does not have a bath. It does have a good size walk in shower.
There is a newly fitted large kitchen / dining area, with dishwasher and washing machine.
A tumble clothes dryer is available.
There is a downstairs toilet.

Small study room area. - Excellent internet and WIFI
I like to socialise with family and friends so can be out one or two evenings in the week. I like music, have a good sense of humour and a young outlook on life.
