All Inclusive double room in refurbished flat

Room for rent in 3 bedroom top floor flat in dennistoun. Full refurb in 2018 inc. brand new kitchen, brand new huge living room, brand new bathroom, new carpets throughout, New double bed and large sofa chair in bedroom, Whole place painted. We are a couple who both work a lot and often sometimes unsocial hours so it’s 100% not a party flat, we have a little dog that stays a few days every couple of weeks, the flat is really nice and relaxed, close to train station, bus stop, and easily walkable into city centre. Looking for young professional or responsible student to share the flat with us. All bills covered in rent : council tax, tv licence, gas, electricity, broadband, now tv, amazon prime, Netflix. With our jobs we work quite unsociable hours, love cooking, socializing, traveling, think we are both easy to get on with, laid back and relaxed. Looking for flat mate to be fun and laid back, clean & tidy and take equal responsibilities for cleaning the communal areas, being respectful of each other and everyone’s privacy (at times). It’s important that the shared tasks like taking the bins & recycling down, and keeping the place looking nice are done by all. No problem if flat mates smoke but just not in the house.
