I'm a 32 year old professional, working in film and festivals in Glasgow looking for a friendly housemate to live with.

The flat is colourfully decorated and has a large kitchen with a booth area, which is perfecting for entertaining. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

The flat is 20 minutes from city centre on foot, and close by to all public transport. Close to shops for food and local amenities on both Alexandra Parade and Duke Street with loads of pubs and eateries including Tibo, Redmonds, Palais, Mesa, Scran, East and many more.
