The rooms are fully furnished with double beds and the flat is 2 storeys, x2 bathrooms, equipped with fibre internet, Sky TV, dishwasher (god send!), washing machine / tumble dryer.
Free street parking, frequent trains/buses and 20mins walk into George Square.
Rent is £500 per month inc all bills and council tax.
Current flatmates are 3 young professionals, aged 24-29. They like to watch tv, drink tea and have the occasional glass of wine/beer. It’s not a party flat they like a peaceful night’s sleep :)
