Unfurnished double room in Dennistoun- £370pcm

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in from the start/middle of July. It’s a lovely 2nd floor flat on a quiet street in Dennistoun. Just off of Alexandra Parade, there are a good number of shops and amenities around and easy access to town via walking or public transport.

I’m a young professional who works primarily from the office and is very sociable. I would prefer a flatmate who is at the same stage of life as me and would rather a drink at the pub than a mad house party. I like to keep the flat reasonably clean and tidy and am a non-smoker (sorry smoking is a deal breaker!). I enjoy relaxing at home and spend most of my weekends hillwalking (dog owners more than welcome so I can steal your dog for walks!). I’m looking for someone who respects personal space and cleanliness, and ideally has some shared interests so that we could spend some time together.

The bedroom is the larger of the two and is nice and bright. However it is UNFURNISHED apart from a bed. The shared living room is furnished but can of course be changed to include any furniture you have. The kitchen is small but well-equipped for cooking and the bathroom is spacious.

Bills and council tax are approx £100 each per month. If you have any questions give me a shout!
