****EDIT*** My flatmate is now advertising the room on here as the agency has chabged terms and will no longer required an application process Hi I'm moving out at the beginning of July and I'm looking for someone to take over my room. I am relocating for work and I currently live with a full time professional flatmate who would prefer a female flatmate. The room has its own built in wardrobe and there's plenty of room for storage in the flat. The flat is at the ground floor and has parking allocated at the back. There's one bathroom which is shared and open plan kitchen living room. The flat came in unfurnished and most of the furniture is my flatmate's. The rent comes in at £414 pm excluding bills (we pay 12£ for internet each and 40£ for gas and electricity, if you are not a student you'll have to pay council tax which rounds up to £95.50 each pm). The room came unfurnished when I first got it and the furniture in there mattress included are mine (we can negotiate on what is staying in case you need furniture since im moving to a furnished flat). The location is great just by Whitehill pool in dennistoun and close to Alexandra parade train station and loads of bus links to the city references will be required from the agency and deposit along the first month's rent.
