It’s a very quiet area with excellent transport links, making it easy to get into the city centre — around 15 minutes by bus or 7 minutes by train, with the train station just a 5-minute walk away.
There is plenty of parking space available in front of the flat.
You would be sharing with two other professional women.
The rent is £500.
Bills:

• Broadband: £11.50
• Gas/Electricity: £40–65 (depending on usage)
The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair.
The move-in date is fixed for 8th January, as we need someone who can move in on that date (or later, if you’re willing to start paying rent from then).
