As of December 1st I have one double room in this duplex denistoun townhouse available. The flat is spacious and fully equipped with all white goods including washinig machine and dishwasher. All bills and council tax are all included as well as Internet, apple TV and freeview. Each room also has its own individual lock and key so tenants will be able to come and go as they please and leave their own room secure at all times.
I am a very laid back and easy going guy. I am looking for a young professional/ professional couple of a similar mindset and attitude. Ideally looking for people who are clean, tidy and sociable. Crazy students parties aren't really a feature here so if thats your thing you may want to try elsewhere.
