Lovely single room in cozy flat in Dennistoun

Hello there, I have 1 room to rent in my home in Dennistoun. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby (Coop, Lidl and a Pharmacy) public transportation as well, buses to town every few minutes and Alexandra Parade train station. The room is furnished with a bed and a large Wardrobe. Heating, Electricity are not included and depend on usage. Your cut will be about this per month:
Heating - 25£
Electricity - 15£
WiFi - 10£ fixed prices
Council Tax - 65.5£

You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, tidy and independent, pets are sadly not allowed... :(

I currently don’t own a kitchen table as it belonged to my previous flatmate.

I’m 26 and Work 5 days a week, I go to the gym fairly often and on the weekends I tend to go out. Would be fun to have a flatmate to share some interests.
Cringy film and take away evenings are always welcome.
Would love to do something together but I will respect your privacy and would love you to do the same.
