Large Double Room

Living Room

Hello and thanks for looking at my ad!
I have a large double room in my house available.
I am cabin crew based in London Gatwick and so I only spend a few days a month in Glasgow. I currently have 1 room let to a really nice guy from Poland and he lives here full time. He currently has a room on the middle floor and the room I'm looking to let is on the top floor, it's a town house. The room is fully furnished with a double bed. On the ground floor is a spacious living room and a brand new kitchen with new integrated appliances including a dishwasher!
The vast majority of the time, it will just be my current lodger and who ever takes this room. I will only be here a few days a month as I spend most of my time in Gatwick.
All the bills are included in the rent, this also includes Sky+.
I and my current lodger are both very tidy people and so I'd prefer someone who is also clean and tidy.
