Room In Cat & Dog Home

for single occupancy

The room as zip'n'link beds, can be used as 2 single beds or 1 double. Wifi, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet. Previous lodgers painted it and got paint on the carpet. I have scrubbed the carpet but can't get the paint off. I have put down rugs and now it looks not bad at all.
Shared bathroom, also shared with cats (litter trays)
The rent includes all bills within reason.
I have 2 cats and a dog, so whoever moves in must be an animal lover. My dog and one of my cats are elderly with various health problems.
I'm vegan and would prefer a vegetarian or vegan lodger but it's not essential. My paid job is admin in a hotel but in my spare time I volunteer for Animals Asia am joint coordinator of their Scottish support group and proof read translations.
For some reason Spare Room won't update current flat mates. There is only me as permanent human resident in the flat. But I rent out my other room via Airbnb.
