Looking for flat mate

Hi! I'm Rebecca and I'm 21 years old. I am a student graduating this year, and I currently work in a pub in East Kilbride. I'm very friendly, love to read and socialise. Ideally looking for a female who's working (i don't mind student either!) around my age, I don't mind boyefirends/girlfriends staying over once in a while - as mine does aswell.

The flat is two double bedrooms with one bathroom, kitchen and living room. I also have a balcony and large shared front
and back garden. There is a clothes line in the garden if needed. Flat is full furnished, except the bedroom all you will need is yourself and a bed etc. My neighbours are friendly and the neighbourhood is generally quiet.

15 minute walk to East Kilbride Town centre (2 minute drive). Great access routes with a bus stop right outside the flat which goes straight into the city centre, usually come every 10 minutes and takes about an hour (the 18 and the 6). 2 train stations near by - East Kilbride and hairmyers - 5 minute drive away if that.

£295 is the rent. Bills are WiFi which is £14 each, gas and electric are about £53 at the moment and as I'm still a student I'm not sure how much council tax will be but it will be halved. Amount may change over time as bills get more expensive later on this year.

Looking for someone to move in mid June.
