I am looking for a responsible, easy going person who is clean & tidy who would like to share my 2 bedroom flat available June 6 th.
I travel each winter for 4-6 months so you will have the flat to yourself. £100 extra cost monthly for council taxes when I am gone.
The flat is furnished and has a washer & dryer.
I am a young at heart, free spirited 57 year old who loves outdoor life, tennis, cycling, gym, all animals, culture, travel and adventures.
I am an easy going, friendly with a positive, caring attitude and a sense of humour.
I have a foster cat at the moment, called Nala so it will involve living with her.
My flat is on the top floor which is the 3 rd floor. It is quiet, very cosy, clean & comfortable.
The flat is in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire with plenty of shops, restaurants & pubs close by. 3 min walking distance to sports centre with gym & running track.
It is a safe and quiet neighbour hood located about 10 miles west of Glasgow city centre. Bus journey is 40 mins, 2 minute walk to bus stop. Train is 25 mins to Glasgow Central but requires a 15 min walk to the station & driving time is 25 mins.
I work in care & support working various shifts. I also have an Holistic healing business.
