We have a bright spacious double room/ensuite available for a Monday - Friday let in Glasgow’s West End overlooking Victoria Park. The room is for females only.

The house is a traditional Victorian sandstone 5 bed property that looks out over Victoria Park and has been refurbished recently throughout to a high standard – it has 3 floors, 2 gardens, on street parking, period features and a large kitchen/diner with a cosy seating area at a gas stove.

The house is situated in the traditional west end at Jordanhill with excellent rail and road links and is close to the Universities and Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Other amenities nearby include Scotstoun leisure centre, gym, Scotstoun rugby stadium, Broomhill cafes, Jordanhill and Scotstoun train stations and Victoria Park. The location has direct links to Clyde tunnel, clydeside expressway, west end, city centre and M74, M77 and M8.

The large double room available has just been redecorated and kitted out, it's very large, warm and comfortable – it’s situated on the top floor which you will have to yourself and comes fully furnished with ample storage, plenty of natural light and your own ensuite modern fully fitted bathroom c/w shower. The room comes with a new DAB Bluetooth radio, TV, bedside table/light, coffee table and easy chair (not in photos).

It’s just myself and my husband in the house, we are both very friendly and outgoing, he sometimes works away during the week so it’s sometimes very quiet! The house is very spacious in general and has a nice feel to it.

The rent is for the bedroom and ensuite bathroom and includes full use of the gardens, large kitchen and dining room, utility room with use of washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer and downstairs toilet, all bills are included and towels and bedding are supplied. The house and room are lovely, and situated in a great area, the front gets the sun during the day and the back in the evening. The park is across the road as well as the gym round the corner so handy if you like to keep fit.
