Single and Double Bedrooms available inside large 7 bedroom cat B listed duplex flat, designed by Alexander 'Greek' Thomson and situated in Strathbungo conservation area in Glasgows Southside.

You will be living with my family (myself, wife and 3 year old son and 5 month old daughter) inside our 7 bedroom flat. We are both very easy going and the kids are both very sweet.

We have 2 rooms to rent. A bigger double bedroom for £500pm and a smaller room with single bed for £450. Single room has chest of drawers, desk area and working fireplace.

4 of the 7 bedrooms are currently set up as bedrooms and the other 3 are used as dining room, 2nd living room and cinema room, all of which you are free to use. We also have a main living room that you are also welcome to use as well.

In addition to the dining room there is a spacious dining kitchen.

We have one shared bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs.

The cinema room has 90" screen with surround sound, ps4 and amazon fire tv with prime tv and netflix.

We have 2 beautiful house cats who are very tame and love cuddles.

The flat is a 25 minute walk to the city centre or a 7 minute train. Strathbungo is a very sought after area due to the abundance of nice cafes, bars and local events.

Plenty of parking right outside which is unusual for the southside.

As you will be staying with my family we have decided we are looking for females only.

We are looking for someone of similar age preferably but this is not a big deal. We both enjoy a drink and going out but due to the kids we don't really want to live with party animals.
