Hi!
I’m Caitlin, a 24 year old student at Glasgow University and work in a bar.
I’m looking for a flatmate to move in as my flatmate is moving out in August to move in with her partner. Preferably looking for vegans as I’m a vegan and like a meat free house!
The rent is £320 per month + bills (and council tax if you’re not a student). The flat is a no pet and no smoking flat with a shared living room and kitchen and comes fully furnished. You’ll also have you’re own bathroom with a bathtub! There is also 2 parking spaces in the car park and we are 2 minutes away from kinning park subway (and only a 20 minute walk from lotus!).
It’s a super convenient location being a 30 minute walk from the city centre and tesco and co-op on Paisley Road West being a really short walk away.
