We are looking for a female flatmate to move into our lovely and spacious three bedroom home in the Southside; available from September 2018 onwards.
The room is has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, en suite, and view to the backyard;. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all immaculate, well equipped and comfortable. Our house also has a large backyard and is ideal for summer BBQs.
The house is in a very quite and decent neighbourhood with lots of amenities close by: Sainsbury's, gym, shopping center, etc. Silverburn shopping centre is just 2 miles away. There is free parking available and the area connects very well to the M77. The nitshill rail station is 5 mins walk away and goes straight into the city center in 15mins every half an hour.
The other female flatmates are young professionals - easy going, friendly and non-smokers. We are looking for someone like-minded to come and live with us.
The rent is is INCLUSIVE of bills and includes Sky TV and internet (council tax is extra).
We would appreciate no consumption of alcohol or pork in the house.
