The neighbourhood and block is quiet at night, secure and catches a lot of sunlight even in winter.

The spare room has a walk in wardrobe and overhead storage, you would have a brand new double bed provided.

I am currently an engineering student at Strathclyde, in my 4th year. I also work two jobs part time, one as a fitness instructor for a bootcamp company and teach classes at different parks in Glasgow.

Ideally I want someone who is easy going, someone clean, tidy and respectful, preferably someone professional,

Everything will be included in the £350, If you let the council know you live here and you are proffesional, then you will likely have to pay council tax. It is up to you wether you inform the council or not.
