A very large and bright double room is available in a lovely and friendly flat in Kinning Park.

You’ll be sharing with me, a TV producer and Nigel the dog. I’m sadly losing my current flatmate as she’s got her own place around the corner. Not a mad party house during the week but partial to a night out at the weekend/gigs/Cinema etc. I try and go to the gym during the week but sometimes I just forget and order Chinese food instead.

Nigel doesn’t do anything, although he goes to daycare and has a very busy social life and sleeps a lot. He’s a boston terrier and is very well trained and rings a bell when he needs to go outside for a wee.

The flat is located on Paisley Road West, just between Kinning Park and Cessnock subway stations; so 8-10 mins into town or the west end. Free parking outside and lots of shops etc nearby. Neighbours are really friendly and there’s no mad partying neighbours or anything.

The flat is very large, has two bathrooms, large living room, dining room, guest bedroom and kitchen. There is also a well equipped makeup room that comes in very handy. The room is really lovely and bright. Double bed, drawers, wardrobe etc. It’s at the back of the house looking over the garden so it’s really quiet.

The room is available from around the 1st of November (possible to be a week or so flexible either side) so looking for someone to move in around then.

Deposit is £300. The rent is £400 pcm.
This includes all bills - rent, electricity, gas, internet, Sky TV, Netflix etc.

Not available to couples or short term lets, not available to students due to council tax reasons.
