Photography graduate, female, with a room to let.
I work various local charities as a photographer, graphic designer and with young people’s groups. I am 40, looking for someone to take on a double room which is currently furnished.

The flat has everything you may expect - central heating, double glazing, Wi-Fi. The living room has a 42" TV and 5.1 stereo system that are connected to other rooms. A large living space and kitchen. The kitchen has almost every appliance you can think of including two fridge / freezers, a chest freezer and large double range cooker.

Bus stops and train station are approx 2 mins from the flat with direct links to the city centre and Westend. Lots of local shops i. e. Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Lidl etc. Along with great local pubs and restaurants.

We are a five minute walk from the park and located right across from the chalet art studio.
