I've got a lovely flat in the East End of Glasgow and am looking for someone to come and share it with me!
I travel a lot for work, so about half the time I'll be about and the other half of the time you'll have the flat to yourself.
The flat has a large, bright living room with a bay window and a decent sized kitchen.
The room in question has a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk with chair and 2 shelves. It has a view over the garden, which is shared with the neighbours.
I work for a small charity and am fairly social so would be happy to spend relaxed time together in the flat drinking coffee or cooking for each other, but will also give you your own space.
Ideally I'd like to live with someone who is up for helping to keep the common areas clean and tidy and who also is keen to do a bit of recycling, turn the lights off and so on, to minimise our impact!
Your friends and family would be very welcome and there's a sofabed in the living room for guests - but the flat is in a residential block so probably not suitable for wild parties!
