Friendly flat - Room in Dennistoun from 13th MARCH

Ad ref# 11071666

STILL AVAILABLE
***************************

Hi, my name is Aga,

I have a bright room with a double bed available from the 13th of March. My flatmate is moving to a different city for work.

The flat is located next to Alexandra Park, in Dennistoun (8th the coolest neighbourhood in the world** ;)). The room is east facing and its sill is perfect for growing plants. (they like it there). It has black-out curtains, which protect you from the sunlight if you are not an early bird. The memory foam mattress on the bed is relatively new and guarantees you sweet dreams :)

I would like to find a person who I have things in common with and who I will find a connection with. This is why I would like you to read the information about me, and tell me more about you.

About me:
I am easy to get along with, I love to keep the flat tidy, and regular cleaning is very important for me. It is very cosy but not a party flat, I am looking for someone who respects other people's space and does not make much noise especially at night.

I like to cook (&share meals), bake, eat out, read, do yoga, meditate, hike, spend time in nature, hang out with friends, and go out time to time for a party or have dinner with wine at home, and ideally, I am looking for someone who I could share some of these experiences with.
I also love dogs, although I don't have a dog myslef, I use borrowmydoggy. com and sometimes bring dogs home.

Home is a place where I relax after a day at work. I work as a Marketing Manager from Monday to Friday.
3 days a week I work from home. I sometimes work in my bedroom, but usually in the living room. When I use the common area for work, I have no problem with you being there as well. (I basically just stare into my laptop for the whole day and occasionally have calls)

The living room has much more plants now than on the picture, and it also has a projector for movie nights (we don't have a tv)

The council tax and bills are all included in the rent.

The flat is 6 min walk from the train station - Alexandra Parade which lets you get to the city centre within 15 min from leaving the flat. Other than that there is a bus stop for the number 38 one minute away from the flat and takes you to the city centre (15-25 min) or southside. (30 min+)
One minute away there is Alexandra Park, which is one of my favourite parks in Glasgow. It's perfect for long walks, running and picnics.

There are a lot of supermarkets (co-op, Lidl, Asda, Tesco) around and some really lovely cafes and restaurants on Alexandra Parade and Duke street.

*The living room has a small dining table with 4 chairs (but the table can be made bigger)
*There is fibre broadband included in the price as well as all other bills
*The kitchen has all amenities, microwave, oven, gas cooker, blender, coffee grinder, toaster.
*The bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk

Both short-term and long-term stays are possible.

The flat is LGBTQ friendly

**According to Time Out World's coolest neighborhood ranking 2020 ;)
