Single bedroom 15 min walk from city centre!

We're looking for a flatmate to do all the cleaning and cooking in the house.

Just kidding obviously the room has a big single bed, a cupboard and an office desk. The kitchen is shared between us and has everything you'd probably need (oven, microwave, dishwasher etc). There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one being en suite to one of the other rooms but no one cares really which one you use.

As for the building, there is private underground parking and a big supermarket across the street. There are 2 subway stations within a 5 min walk, central station is about 10 away and personally it takes me about 20-25 mins to walk up to Strathy. I have put the ad down as with no deposit but we are paying a month in advance to our landlord.

I've been living here for the last 3 years, it's convenient, well positioned, the rent is good and let's face it flatmates are dope.
