Double Bedroom South Side - January

Hi, my flatmate and I are currently looking for someone to move into a lovely double room in our flat, which will be available from mid-January. The room is a very good size, with a double bed, chest of drawers and a clothes rack.

The flat is only a 5 min walk to Queen's Park station, and the train to Central only takes 7 mins. Local amenities include Lidl (10 mins walk), Tesco and Sainsbury's (5 mins walk), and various little cafes and restaurants along Pollokshaws Rd. (10 mins walk). Also, the lovely Queens Park is only a few minutes away!! The rent is 200 per month, bills are around 30, WiFi is 8 per person, and council tax is 50, so approximately 290-300 per month in total.

We are looking for someone who is preferably a professional, although students will be considered as well (however, we would need to reach some sort of agreement re council tax.) I am Bulgarian and my flatmate is German, and we both work almost on a full time basis, but we spend a lot of time in the flat. There's a lovely living room full of plants and a large kitchen, so there's is also plenty of space for having friends over, etc. We're looking for someone who would be keen to hang out whenever we feel like it, but if you prefer to spend more time by yourself, that's totally fine, we always respect personal space!
