Double room in bright, Battlefield tenement

Hey,

Looking to rent out my spare room as I have been using Airbnb for a while but would like to try something longer term.

The flat is a good sized two bedroom tenement in Battlefield with a big living room, two bathrooms (mine is ensuite), hall cupboard and bright kitchen. It’s double glazed, top floor and I have Nest heating so it's easy to keep warm in winter, the tall windows let in plenty of light in summer too.

I’m a 28 year old young professional and work normal office hours, however I am starting a secondment abroad in January! This means you will have the flat to yourself most of the time but I hope to be home occasional weekends as I have a lot on next year.

I've not had any problems with the flat as it's in a really good condition but as I will be out of the country during the week, my parents have said they will help out in case of any landlord type emergencies, hopefully there won't be any though!

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so hope that any flatmate will do the same. The street is really quiet and there's street parking.

The flat is close to Mount Florida train station then it's 12 minutes to Central Station, there is also a bus stop even closer. There are nice cafes, cool bars and decent shops in the area.
