Room to let near city center

Location
My flat is a 15-20 walk from the city centre. Within a 5 minute walk there are a handful of newsagents, pubs, restaurants, take aways, a Lidl and Sainsburys. It is less than a minute walk to the bus stop and less than 5 minutes to the train station.

Flat
You will be sharing a flat with me. I have 2 friendly cats who are no bother whatsoever. My current flatmate is relocating for work in January. I occasionally work from home but not very often. I use the television in my bedroom so the living room is all yours. I do pop out for a chat and socialise every now and again but im usually fairly busy.
I have an ensuite but I do use the main bathroom to shower as my ensuite only has a bath.

What im looking for
Im Web Developer and like going to the gym. I dont drink much or party and im not wanting a party mad flat mate either. Im okay with friends around for a drink every now and again and being respectful.
The flat gets cleaned on a weekly basis. This is alternated so it is only once every two weeks you will need to clean.
