The room is a spacious double room with sole use of the master bathroom. On the 3rd floor. Loads of on-street parking and subway less than 10 mins walk. I work at home and outside. Loads of cycling routes too.
The rent includes council tax (band D), electricity & gas (subject to use, due to the raising price), and fiber internet. I don't watch TV so no TV license atm.
I am a professional Muslim girl doing personal training. So looking for someone who likes to keep busy and not a party person. No alcohol/smoking in the flat. Would be nice to find someone to share hobbies but I'm normally really busy myself. Looking for a friend as well as a flatmate.
I do have a cleaner come in every month for a clean. The rest of the time just keep cleaning myself
