There is gas, central heating and double glazing. There is also free, on-street parking. Sharing with a gay couple, the maximum occupancy is three people. The flat is located within easy reach of a good range of local shopping, convenient for transport links, including Cowcaddens Subway, and a few minutes walk from the new Claypits Nature Reserve.
