We're looking for someone to share our beautiful, newly renovated Victorian Southside flat. It has stunning views over Glasgow, and is a really quiet, peaceful haven.

We'd consider a Monday-Friday let for £400 pcm, but also on a seven day basis as advertised for £475 pcm..

INCLUDES ALL BILLS. Bedding and towels provided and will be changed weekly,

We keep the place clean, but a cleaner will come twice a week to clean communal areas when we’re a bit busy with work. .

We're situated within a three minute walk of Mount Florida station with regular trains to Glasgow Central which takes 10 minutes. There is free on street parking.

The room itself is spacious and quiet, overlooking the communal garden. It comes fully furnished, and we can supply a TV, desk, even kettle and microwave if you wish. Happy to discuss on a personal basis.

We're a friendly professional couple. I’m a writer and performer, David is an HR manager. We’re often out in the evenings and only one of us works days (I work two nights a week), so no long bathroom queues. We generally keep ourselves to ourselves but are sociable and friendly and you would be very welcome in communal spaces wether we are there or not. We're not big boozers so the flat probably wouldn't suit a party animal.

We have a large, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, huge gas range cooker and a decent coffee maker.

It really is a lovely flat and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s well worth a visit to meet us and see the place and the area.

We have superfast 200mb fibre broadband, HD TV, Netflix, Now TV etc.

The local are is lovely, and we're near Queens Park and Shawlands. There is plenty of choice for eating out, supermarkets - a huge Asda and smaller Tesco as well as great local shops etc all within walking distance.

We do have a 6 month old Border Terrier puppy called Archie who is wonderful and makes our hearts explode. He's house trained and not smelly or bitey - so we would prefer someone tolerant or friendly towards our wee boy.
