Double room to rent, bills included

Double room in a three bedroom flat to rent. Me and my flatmate (both full-time students) are looking for one person to share the flat with from the 4th of August.
We’re looking for either a student or a professional, ideally for at least 6months, but can consider shorter rental as well. It's a nice and cosy room ideal for 1 person. It is furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The flat is situated in G52 area with great bus connections to both city centre and Paisley (20 mins either way) and few minutes away from Cardonald College. There's a Bellahouston Park and Bellahouston Sports Centre 2mins away by foot; 24h Asda, a few corner shops and bars in a walking distance.
Rent for the room is £160 + utility bills approximately £50 including gas, electricity and internet + council tax for non-students. The deposit for the room is £200. The flat was unfurnished when we first moved in, the bed frame, bedsit table, desk, lamps etc. belong to the previous flatmate (different chair than on the pictures though) thus you can pay extra £30 if you want to keep these.
We can’t accept any pets or indoor smokers, but if you're smoking there's a garden in the backyard we share with our neighbours. If you have any questions please ask, I'd be happy to answer. Thank you!
