A room available to rent in a shared 3 bedrooms flat. You will be sharing a flat with two other nice, friendly and tidy students. Flat got a good view and it will be available from very end of August.
Monthly rent will be £230 and all bills will be shared equally so normally it comes around £30 per person. (Room is available for whole week and whole month but I don't know why this silly App showing it's only available during weekend which is totally wrong. There is not even any edited option in this app where I can go and change the settings so please ignore that part.)
Flat is in a very good location in Kinning Park (technically it's comes in a boundaries of City Centre) and it got a very good transportation links.
Bus stop is 1 minute walk, Kinning Park subway station is 2 minutes walk, Exhibition Centre train station is 10 minutes walk, Glasgow Quay (which got Odean Cinema, Hollywood bowling, Burger King, Nandos, Greggs & etc) are 5 minutes walk and Clyde Arch Bridge, STV Studios & BBC Scotland Studios are 3 minutes walk.
Also It's very easy to get to university either Glasgow, Strathclyde or Caledonian by subway station, bicycle or even by walk.
