My name is Bea and I am looking for one more person to rent out my single bedroom. There is two of us living in the house just now.
Train station is a 7 minute walk, as well as the bus stop. Corner shops are right there, and it takes 15 mins into the city centre. Car can be parked in driveway. Internet, tv with Netflix, now tv and bbc iplayer all available and free tu use.
I am looking for someone clean and tidy. Bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared. We’re a small household and respect each other’s privacy, but also enjoy sharing a glass or a bottle of wine every now and then.
We both work, and schedules are flexible but tend to be at home in the evenings.
