2 rooms at the West of Scotland Sci Park, G20

I'm renting out two rooms in my flat on Acre Road, next to the West of Scotland Science Park / Wolfson Hall on the UofG veterinary medicine campus / Garscube sports complex on the Maryhill and Bearsden border. The rooms are free to move in from the middle of September. I'm ideally looking for two female professionals.

Room 1, the bigger one, currently has a single bed but getting a double bed can be discussed. The room comes with two wardrobes and one in-built closet. There are two IKEA Malm chests of drawer, a nightstand, a desk, and a chair.

Rent: £440 + £110 bills + £60 for council tax
Therefore, altogether £610
Deposit: One month’s rent (£440)

Room 2, the smaller one, has a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, and a chair.

Rent: £430 + £110 bills + £60 for council tax
Therefore, altogether £600
Deposit: One month’s rent (£430)

There is also a large shared storage room which the occupants of the two rooms share.

One of the biggest benefits of living in the flat is that the building has unlimited heating for the price that the we pay so it stays warm all year round. No need to layer jumpers in the winter.

There are three bedrooms in the flat in total. My husband and I keep the smallest room for our personal/family use. We are easy going and friendly 29-year-olds from Scotland and Iceland. We live 90 minutes away from Glasgow but I work remotely for a Glaswegian software company and on rare occasions need to come into the office and stay overnight in the room. We also sometimes come to Glasgow for the odd weekend and stay overnight.

Other things worth mentioning:
There is a spacious free parking lot if you have a car. The closest bus stop, called Science Park, is a three-minute walk away on Maryhill Road and takes you into the city centre (~3 miles away) in less than half an hour. It's a very well connected location and makes it fast and easy to get around. I used to go everywhere by bike when I stayed full time in the flat, so that's absolutely possible as well. The Summerston Retail Park is within a walking distance and has an ASDA superstore, Home Bargains, Iceland, Greggs, and more. There's also a small Usave convenience store, called Acre Store, a couple of buildings away on our street. The Garscube Glasgow University gym is a short walk away at the other end of Acre Road (open to the public, not just students/staff). The building has a weekly hallway cleaning service so you don't need to participate in cleaning it. There's also a printer in the flat.
