Next to the wonderful Queens Park! Just 2 mins walk to railway station which provides a frequent 7-min service into Glasgow Central. Plenty of pubs and coffee shops nearby. Quiet street.

- Room and Apartment
First floor flat. Warm room, double bed with good wardrobe and drawer space. If you want a desk or shelves, I can get that sorted for you. Living room and kitchen are simple but clean and cosy.

-Flatmate
You will have lots of time to yourself. I am often away with work or living with family. Likely to be away for days at a time, leaving you with the whole flat to yourself. When home, I enjoy being in the living room and kitchen and having a good chat. I like the gym, Queens Park and most sports.

- Rent and bills
I will take care of all bills administration, leaving you hassle free. The rent includes all bills - meaning you pay just 1 monthly installment. Bills included council tax, gas, electricity, Factors fees, broadband and TV licence.

-Misc
You can have the private parking space behind the apartment within the locked car park. On-street parking is free and requires no permit i. e. ideal for visitors. The neighbours are very friendly and quiet. We all get on well.
