Single room in Kelvindale.

Second-floor flat in a peaceful green neighbourhood right next to the Kelvin River, a stone's throw from the Botanics and a large Tesco Extra. The University of Glasgow is also a 30-minute walk away (10 min by bike), however access to public transport isn't great.

With most standard appliances including a TV. There's a spacious living room, a well-sized kitchen, and a clean bathroom.

You would be sharing with myself – Danko, a 34-year-old Maths undergrad from Croatia and Ghana and my girlfriend – Kathrin, a 27-year-old Public Health PhD student from Switzerland.

We like to hike and bike out in nature. Kathrin makes really nice desserts and enjoys cooking. We also dance Bachata and would be happy to introduce you to the Glasgow dance community. Kathrin will be away until the end of November, so I'll be your only flatmate for the first three months. We're both fully vaccinated.

We're both very focused on studies so this isn't a party flat, but we don't mind the occasional soiree :) It would be nice if you're open to having a sense of community, like having a meal or doing things together once in a while. Of course, giving each other space is also valued. It's also very important that you can communicate your needs in a healthy manner, so we can figure out ways to live together happily. We'll get along fine if you're tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces (basically just clearing up after yourself and helping out with chores).

If you have a pet that's well behaved and is used to being in closed rooms during winter we'd be happy to have you also, and even help with taking it for a walk if needed.
