Chilled out, Openminded Fatshare in Cessnock

Large double room available, furnished or unfurnished. We’re looking for someone who likes to share a meal, socialise, is clean and tidy and respectful. We love to cook and happily share a breakfast/dinner. Welcoming of LGBTQ and the weird and wonderful. We like to drink now and again with some small parties once and a while. There is a spare room for guests/storage/costumes.

We are more looking for the right person to share rather than someone quickly to fill the room. Viewings will be next week after Tuesday. Mature students/professionals are preferred. We are in our mid 30s and there are two of us.

Rent is £450 all in and includes sky tv and fast internet. We’ve just got a new boiler and washing machine. Also there is a big American style double fridge and gas cooker and the living room has just been freshly painted.

We are pet friendly and welcome anyone with a cat, as long as it doesn’t pee everywhere. Dogs would be considered. Unfortunately no couples (humans). Cat couples welcome. The dogs in the picture are my sisters and only visitors.
